The $150.00 (Early Bird Special $125.00) conference fee includes access to an estimated 30-40 government federal and state agencies and prime contractor exhibitors. These are the buying contacts. You also will receive access to the evening networking event on Tuesday, April 24th, where you will be able to mingle in a social setting with the exhibitors and other attendees. Wednesday, April 25th is a full conference day starting with breakfast, exhibits, lunch and workshop sessions - this is all included with your conference fee!

Networking Event:Tuesday, April 24th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., includes hors d'oeuvres, beverages and cash bar in the Grand Hall Ballroom in the Histroic Union Station.
Expo: Doors open Wednesday 7:00 a.m. for registration, the breakfast buffet will be served 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. The breakfast program:welcome, introductions and Keynote Speaker begins at 8:15 a.m.
Breakfast Buffett - The Americana - Fresh chilled juices, fluffy-scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and grilled sausage, breakfast potatoes, assorted dry cereals and milk, assorted breakfast pastries, coffee, decaffenated coffee, tea and water.
Lunch starts at noon, it is plated and includes a luncheon program with a Keynote Speaker.
Luncheon - Herb marinated grilled chicken, smothered with sauteed peppers and onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, seasonal sald, house breads and butter, chef's choice of starch and vegetabel, and dessert. Coffee, decaffenated coffee, tea and water.
Exhibitor booths will be open all day (except during meals), a list of our exhibitors will be listed on our website.
Workshops: Attendees will be able to attend various workshops throughout the day, the schedule will be listed prior to the Expo on our website.

Parking: Parking is available at the Pam Am Plaza garage across from the hotel for a fee.
Things to Do: The hotel's downtown Indianapolis location is near attractions, such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Victory Field, the Indianapolis Children's Museum, and NCAA Hall of Champions. The Circle Center Mall isn't far and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art is interesting. Union Station operates as an active train station and the muffled rumblings of trains regularly passing through adds to the ambiance of staying in the hotel.
