When: Tuesday, April 24th and Wednesday, April 25th, 2012
Where: Crowne Plaza at Historic Union Station 123 West Louisiana St. Indianapolis, Indiana, 46225What: The Government Contract Procurement Expo is a networking event bringing together Indiana businessess, federal and state govenrment agencies, and prime government contractors.
Exhibitor's booth is 8 x 10 foot, with piped drape, table, chairs, and signage. All exhibitor booths need to be set up by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Exhibitors are expected to attend the Tuesday Evening Networking Event. Exhibits will be open on Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (they will close during the lunch break).
Networking Event will be held in the Grand Hall Ballroom in the Historic Union Station. Hors d'oeuvres will be served along with a cash bar.
Doors open Wednesday 7:00 a.m. a breakfast buffet will be served 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.; Welcome, Introductions, Keynote Speaker 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Breakfast Buffet - The Ameicana - Fresh chilled juices, Fluffy-scrambled eggs, Crispy Bacon and grilled sausage, Breakfast polatoes, assorted dry cereals and milk, assorted breakfast pastries, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, and water.
Lunch, a plated meal, is served at noon, a program with a Keynote Speaker is included.
Luncheon - Herb marinated Grilled Chicken, smotherd with sauteed peppers and onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, seasonal salad, house breads and butter, chef's choice of starch and vegetable, and dessert. Coffee, decaffenated coffee, tea, and water.
There will be a series of workshops offered for the attendees throughout the day.

Things to Do: The hotel's downtown Indianapolis location is near attractions, such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Victory Field, the Indianapolis Children's Museum, and NCAA Hall of Champions. The Circle Center Mall isn't far and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art is interesting. Union Station operates as an active train station and the muffled rumblings of trains regularly passing through adds to the ambiance of staying in the hotel.
