The 2009 Government Small Business Symposium Committee invites you to attend the NCRC Spring Meeting being held in conjunction with the 2009 Quad Cities Government Contracting Small Business Symposium, a three day event held at the Waterfront Convention Center at 2021 State St., in downtown Bettendorf, IA. Registration fees are extremely reasonable and a block of rooms has been reserved at the low government rate of only $70.00 per night.

The Commanders Briefing features U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District Engineers and distinguished guests who relate the ongoing and future programs in their respective commands, their outlook on the future workload, trends, and job opportunities, with emphasis on their Small Businesses Programs.

Represented U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts will include: St. Paul, Omaha, Louisville, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, Vicksburg, New Orleans, and Rock Island; and the Rock Island Arsenal Garrison Manager. These Districts cover portions of 18 states from Montana to Minnesota to Louisiana to Tennessee.
